ST SIDWELLS CENTRE
Government sponsored 'Healthy Living Centre' close to the centre of Exeter. This is possibly a national pilot for a new style of community centre which aims to promote good mental and physical health and social inclusion. The emphasis is on taking steps to reduce the risk of people becoming mentally ill, and not so much on helping people who already are ill. However we think it is worth people investigating what it is about. Anybody can go in to the cafe area to have a look, but it has a catchment area for membership.
